About Kaluga Art Programme
ArtProject - is an interchange program in the spheres of art, culture, architecture and design. The program acts as a center of the research, exchange and interaction in the sphere of art to integrate artists, designers and other art professionals to enable their activities.
The goal of the Program is to create the brand new project and art process, which meets all modern demands, in Kaluga (Russia) and to integrate local art professionals into international art process.
ArtProject is an independent part of International Program of Integral Creative Activity ("InterForum-Art").
ArtProject Program intends to establish the artists association to shape the harmonious visual urban culture.
The leader of the program is Michael Mantulin, the member of Russian Artists Union.
